Energy Efficiency (EE) & DSM Programs

Energy Efficiency is one of our core activities. We identifying client needs, designing, implementing and evaluating energy efficiency and demand-side management programs. We also consult different government agencies/development aids in different EE related capacity building projects.

Renewable Energy (RE) Programs

Renewable Energy is the other core activity where we support utilities, government agencies/development aids, and even public and private investors to idenfy needs, design implement, and evaluate their RE programs/poftfolio.

Our finance department's competence refers to a strong partner network in project financing which allow us to provide the following services to different types of projects including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and etc.

Financing Mechanisms & Fund Management

We design and implement customize soltion for your project no matter if it is Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy or other type of project. However, we always prefer to make impact!

The Energy Efficiency projects can be through different instruments such as lines of credits offerd to banks, guarantee programs, carbon financing, green climate fund and etc.

Energy Performance Contractnig (EPC)

We provide different service including using EPC to facilitate the implementation of energy efficiency projects via our partner network.

In addition, we support public and private sectors in developing programs tailored to the particular market in which the concept will be used.

Project
Funding

We provide project finance/funding through our partners for our clients through the lease and monetization of cash/asset backed Bank Guarantee, Standby Letter of Credit, Medium Term Notes and other structured debt instruments. Our funding program is structured in such a way that the lease fee of the collateral Bank Instrument leased is covered upon drawdown by our funding party.
